Really a cheek that you have to order from the machine. The staff does not take orders. Why is this just done to save staff? An older lady at the machine couldn't handle it either. I have you 15 min. watched, then finally the (friendly) staff came to help her. I think this system should be adapted. I didn't order anything because I hate such a system. It's a shame, I used to enjoy being there.
